No começo do mês entrou em operação o parque solar Lapa, localizado em Bom Jesus da Lapa, Bahia. Considerado o maior parque solar do país, é composto por duas usinas com capacidade total de 158 MW. O parque é capaz de suprir às necessidades de consumo de energia de 166 mil famílias por ano. A Enel Green Power no Brasil estima em R$ 630 milhões de reais os investimentos que foram feitos na usina.
